Process task instance is active at backend but in front end task was not available

You posted two screenshots but I really do not understand what you want to show. What is this second screen about?

OK, but what does "task needs to be triggered for user" mean?

We just have no idea what you are doing and what you want to achieve.

Means like in the backend user input task was active but in front end there was no task triggered but process was active and waiting at the user input task to complete and user input task was not taking any assignees in assigned to it was null and didn't have any value
