I'm seeking clarification on process upgrades in Appian and how to address failed requests in production. I've been unable to locate a specific plugin for process upgrades.
Currently, I have numerous requests in production that are failing due to exceptions. I need to update the process for these old instances to resolve the issue.
Could you please advise on the following:
Is process upgrade functionality still available in Appian?
If so, how can I perform a process upgrade?
How can I effectively handle failed requests in production and update the process for existing instances?
