I'm not sure what the purpose of a Quick Task is. Do you know any YouTube video to see an example of use? Thanks in advance.

hi danielg424213 Quick Tasks are useful for completing ad-hoc tasks in process, and for enabling additional related actions on a Process-backed record. They were more relevant in Appian before the introduction of Records, but have a few use cases in the latest Appian versions.Quick tasks will not show up as tasks in Tempo->Tasks. Some designers use this behavior to hide tasks in a workflow, but they must take care to close these tasks appropriately.
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the explanation. That makes sense — Quick Tasks seem best suited for ad-hoc or supporting actions tied to a process-backed record rather than full user tasks. I can also see how, even though they don’t appear in Tempo → Tasks, they can still be useful in specific workflows as long as they’re handled carefully and properly closed to avoid leaving things hanging hollow knight.
