hi all, is there a way to control the related action security for users?

hi all,
is there a way to control the related action security for users?
i mean someone can see the related actions, but some cannot.

i have a sub-model marked as a quick task.
both configure assignment in sub-process node and security for the sub-model are not working.

other group still can see the related actions list.
why?

Active quick tasks for a process-backed record type are automatically added to the Related Actions list below any process model related actions.

according to the api description, i think quick task's security is supposed to be controlled by the assignment.
