We are on Appian 7.8 cloud
We are facing weird behavior with the Task Form. We have a process model with 6 User Input Tasks node. In all the nodes, Reassignment privileges is set to "No Privilege" under the Assignement tab of the node. After that, from the Task Form of tasks, Reject Task, and Reassign Task link disappeared.
But somehow, those links reappeared. I haven't modified the Process Model. The user I was using is a Basic User. When I used the Edit Process of a process, the User Input Task node had the "No Privilege" in the Reassignment.
So, why the links reappeared?
Thanks in advanced

Is the user a manager of the process?

No. We have used only one permission for the process model security. That is Viewer permission to All Users.

Once the task gets assigned to a user not explicitly denied privileges in the Assignment tab the option links begin appearing. Are you setting "No Privilege" to a group and/or the task owner?

I am setting the "No Privilege" to a process variable of type Use Or Group which holds the assignee of the task.
So, Jacob, you mean in the Assignment tab, I have to use the process variable (which contains the assignee) and tp!owner both?

You shouldn't have to set tp!owner. My best guess would be that you're chaining into a User Input Task node that has different Assignment tab settings. The deny permissions only apply to users specified, anyone else will have full rights.

Hi Jacob. I have not used any activity chaining to link tasks. All the tasks has user groups preassigned when the process starts. So, Assignment will hold a process variable of user or group, which holds the assignee of the task.

I have attached a task node for the reference.
