We are on Appian 7.8 cloud

We are facing weird behavior with the Task Form. We have a process model with 6 User Input Tasks node. In all the nodes, Reassignment privileges is set to "No Privilege" under the Assignement tab of the node. After that, from the Task Form of tasks, Reject Task, and Reassign Task link disappeared.

But somehow, those links reappeared. I haven't modified the Process Model. The user I was using is a Basic User. When I used the Edit Process of a process, the User Input Task node had the "No Privilege" in the Reassignment.

So, why the links reappeared?
