Is it normal behavior in Appian's Tasks list to regenerate the timestamp after a user views the task?
To clarify the user is not completing the task but simply opening, viewing the task and then closing the task.
Is there a way to not always regenerate the timestamp on the task?

Hi Christine
Using the latest version with SAIL or TEMPO
Yes the timestamp under the task name.
The timestamp displays the amount of time passed since the task was assigned to the person.
Example: "a moment ago" or "5 minutes ago", etc.
Depending on the form associated with the task, the user has the option of either completing the task or closing the task. Completing not an issue the task is removed from the user's task list. But if they decide to close the task and complete it later is when the timestamp starts over. The task timestamp changes to "a moment ago".
Cheers
