Is it normal behavior in Appian's Tasks list to regenerate the timestamp after a user views the task?
To clarify the user is not completing the task but simply opening, viewing the task and then closing the task.
Is there a way to not always regenerate the timestamp on the task?

If user has opened the task for viewing only, they just have to navigate away from the task (say by clicking on the "Tasks" tab in tempo). Alternatively, if users wants to retain any changes on the form, then they can click "Save Changes" link. Both of the these scenarios won't change the timestamp on the task.
