Not able to open the process model. I was able to open the process model and mod

Not able to open the process model. I was able to open the process model and modify it last week. Today when i try to open an existing process model or create a new one, i am getting a blank screen and on the left hand side of the browser getting an EAP6,
All other objects are working fine. Even the application actions are working fine.

Ran the diagnostics and all of them are looking good. May be issue with the Browser.

Using On premise , Appian 7.9, IE10

Tried the options like enabling the ActiveX, Reduced the security, restarted the Appian, Search server and Jboss, checked for browser auto updates, but the problem persists.

When i use F12, here are the errors
SCRIPT429: Automation server can't create object
initializehttp.js, line 2 character 370
SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'on'
startdesigner.none, line 671 character 422
SCRIPT5009: 'JSX' is undefined
startdesigner.none, line 4479 character 1

Any suggestions?

  • So another issue we've had is where the process model fails validation and the system fails to write the model to the underlying filesystem, but increments the version number. You can search for a directory under <APPIAN_HOME>/_admin/models that matches the UUID of the process model that you are looking for. If you get a match (which will be a directory - hopefully), check the contents. You should see a series of files <N>.xml and draft.xml.

If those are missing, you may want to open a ticket with Appian to have them help determine why those files might be missing.
