Not able to open the process model. I was able to open the process model and mod

Not able to open the process model. I was able to open the process model and modify it last week. Today when i try to open an existing process model or create a new one, i am getting a blank screen and on the left hand side of the browser getting an EAP6,
All other objects are working fine. Even the application actions are working fine.

Ran the diagnostics and all of them are looking good. May be issue with the Browser.

Using On premise , Appian 7.9, IE10

Tried the options like enabling the ActiveX, Reduced the security, restarted the Appian, Search server and Jboss, checked for browser auto updates, but the problem persists.

When i use F12, here are the errors
SCRIPT429: Automation server can't create object
initializehttp.js, line 2 character 370
SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'on'
startdesigner.none, line 671 character 422
SCRIPT5009: 'JSX' is undefined
startdesigner.none, line 4479 character 1

Any suggestions?

  • It seems that a security update or your system administrator might have disabled some features that prevent the modelered from loading. I confirmed that the "SCRIPT5009: 'JSX' is undefined " error shows up in my environment if I run IE without add-ons (iexplore -extoff).

    1. You are not running IE without add-ons (iexplore -extoff), are you?
    2. Click on Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Reset and restart the browser, try again
    3. Make sure you don't have Google Toolbar installed
    4. Select Start > Control Panel.
    Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Select Google Chrome Frame (if found)
    Click Remove.
