When you say email ,you are looking for the email content right and not the .msg file? Typically we extract the email contents and convert to a PDF(or any file format) document and store in KC for future reference.

We were actually trying to get the email itself to store as an artefact, but since we are parsing and obtaining all the meta data of the email object, we can generate a PDF and use this as the artefact for future reference.

Hi Sangho,

The email object gets consumed when it is polled into Appian. A simple work around would be, once the mail reaches the inbox, make a copy of it before the polling and store it in another inbox for further usage.
