In Receive email:

Is it possible in Appian to save the email in KC, which is received via "Receive Message" Node?

Hi Pritam,

We were actually trying to get the email itself to store as an artefact, but since we are parsing and obtaining all the meta data of the email object, we can generate a PDF and use this as the artefact for future reference.
