I have the following two escalations for a task.

caladddays(todatetime(pv!request_onhold_date),20) - send message after 20 days

caladddays(todatetime(pv!request_onhold_date),25) - send message after 25 days.

The date in the process pv! = February 26, 2012

Adding only 20 days or even 25 days should not cause any problems. Why then am I receiving an alert: Details: ERROR:EVAL:Function caladddays: Cannot add more than one year's worth of days.

Try creating a test rule in the “Rules” tab in designer to test your expression.

Is the expression failing for a specific date or does it fail for all dates? What happens if you use a alternate expression to calculate the escalation timer? Does it still fail?
