Hi Rishu, can you check whether you have configured the correct email Id in your user account. Are you getting notification in the Appian alert box?

Did you tried logging in with other user and setting the alert for that user and check the notification?

Inorder to get emails the appian server must be configured to send emails, refer below link on how to setup mial server.
forum.appian.com/.../Mail_Server_Setup.html

If the above mentioned setup is done in your server then please check with your email id, it would be helpful if you can share the screen shot of the alert setting as mentioned by vinitl522.
