Hi,

I am trying to get alert by setting myself on alerts in process model but I am not getting any email. Can anyone guide how can I do that?

Hi Rishub,

Inorder to get emails the appian server must be configured to send emails, refer below link on how to setup mial server.
forum.appian.com/.../Mail_Server_Setup.html

If the above mentioned setup is done in your server then please check with your email id, it would be helpful if you can share the screen shot of the alert setting as mentioned by vinitl522.
