Process
Task assignment email suppression

I have created a process model that allows a task and associated customer request to be reassigned from one user/group to another user. I’m trying to suppress the automatically generated task reassignment email as the process sends an email to the new user informing them they have been assigned the customer request with other relevant information.
I’m using the smart service, Reassign Task (Task Smart Services plugin) to reassign the task.
I’ve installed the Edit Cloud Alert Settings For User (Alert Utilities plugin) to try and suppress it, but without success although this could be due to a lack of documentation on how to use it and where in the process model it should be placed.
Can someone advise how to suppress the automatically generated email.

@steveb, I think you're going to have to shut off the OOTB task emails at the global level, and send customized emails instead. We used the Disable New Task Email node, which lets you configure whether you want to enable/disable the email, and specify which user(s) should be enabled/disabled.
