Process Variable mapping got removed post upgrade to Appian 17.1 Instance

Hi ,
Our application was on Appian 16.1 server but post upgrade to apian 17.1 server, we are facing issues in Process modeling.
For Desktop user, when we open the process in designer mode, process variable mapping showing blank values but for laptop user, we are able to see the mapping.

Please suggest.

@roshanr can you raise a Ticket for this issue, because it's a weird behavior. One more try you can do, try exporting your application and import the same application in any other server, and then try executing that, if still same issue then you can raise a Ticket for this
