Timer Event

Question

I want make a process model trigger daily at a specific time. I configured the start node with a timer event to delay for one minute and the timer recurrence is daily at 12:00AM pm!timezone but for some reason the process model is triggering at 7:00PM instead of 12:00AM. I could add 5 hours in the dev environment to solve this issue but I'm not sure if our production environment is in the same time zone. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?? You can go to process model general properties and in the timezone dropdown you can select the timezone you are looking for.
