Timer Event

I want make a process model trigger daily at a specific time. I configured the start node with a timer event to delay for one minute and the timer recurrence is daily at 12:00AM pm!timezone but for some reason the process model is triggering at 7:00PM instead of 12:00AM. I could add 5 hours in the dev environment to solve this issue but I'm not sure if our production environment is in the same time zone. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem??

    Hi Jamal,

    Are you located in the US on the East Coast? From your description it sounds like the process model is running at 12AM GMT, which would be 7PM Eastern time. My suggestion would be to add five hours as you mentioned so that the process model runs at 5AM GMT. This solution should continue to work in Prod unless your environments are configured differently.
