POrtal to task tempo report

Question

Hi,
at customer site we are still on portal and Appian 7.8. We have an issue with using appian task report per process model on a process level. The problem is that the report before filtering has more that 340000 instance and when we filtered and read data on a process level with max row set to 10000 it does not read all data?
Could you give me any idea how could I redefine this by using SAIL or something?

It works more like a sql query, doesn&#x27;t matter on number of processes as long as the output is less than the configured limit. 
 
It also mentioned in the documentation that the filter is applied before loading the data: 
 forum.appian.com/.../Execute_Process_Report_Smart_Service.html 
"When you add another filter, the system applies the filter to the underlying analytics query before loading the report."
