How to use file as a databse

My requirement is to provide an inquiry tool by using csv file data.

Can anyone suggest how to achieve this in Appian

parse Excel to CDT is showing in process. I am unable to find option for CSV.

Hi - that Smart Service is highlighted as a Deprecated Plug In and that processes ought to be refactored to use the Excel Tools Plug In. One option might be to use the Import to DB functionality offered up by Excel Tools and then act on that data. More info about Excel Tools here :- community.appian.com/.../excel-tools
