List of all active tasks and instances in tempo report

Hi Harish,

You can create a Portal Report with the "All Tasks" context. Reports tab > Create a Portal Report > Task > All Tasks.

Create a constant for this Portal Report. Reference this constant in the getportaldatasubset function from the Portal to SAIL plugin.

Also, keep in mind that assignees may be multiple, so there might need to be special handling for that case, if desired.

If you're on 7.8+ you should be using the new a!queryProcessAnalytics() system function rather than the Portal to SAIL plugin. It's more efficient and does not require a plugin. Here is a tutorial:

Hello Iam still on 7.7, But all tasks report context is on logged in user, I should be able to see all the tasks in the system................
And yes, there could be cases where assignees can be multiple....
I have already save all tasks report, but how should i avoid report context.

Harish, did you try the following? Reports tab > Create a Portal Report > Task > All Tasks. The report that it produces may differ from the built-in All Tasks report.

You can try the following. Create a constant of document type and set the report as its value. Now refer that constant in the report Id of the function and set {} for the contextId. Your code will look like this

reportId: cons!YOUR_CONSTANT,
pagingInfo: ri!PagingInfo,
contextIds: {}
)
Create it as a rule and call that rule in the datasubset of grid. Accordingly, generate the grid using the datasubset.
