Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to add more than one filter criteria using the "Quick Filters" function? I have to put three types of filter criteria but it only works with one. If I added the other two, nothing will show. Please see my screenshot.
Any input will be highly appreciated.
Thanks a lot in advance!

I'm not sure I understand your exact use-case, but in the past I've worked around filter limitations in reports by defining multiple columns that draw from the same data point. Be sure to use different names for your columns so that you can distinguish between them when defining your filters.

Are you wanting to add 3 options to a quick filter or have 3 different conditions met by 1 option within the filter?

Filter configuration done by you looks correct. The possible reason why the report is not showing data might be that the combination of filters. The default condition off all the 3 filters is leading to report with no data.

Also make sure that all the 3 filters have "ALL" as default filter condition.

@rodgraham, I would like to add 3 different conditions met by 1 option within the filter. Please see the screenshot as the example. Under incident classification, we have 6 types of incidents and I only want users to see three.

@vishnuv, the problem is that we have 6 types of incidents. If I leave "all" there, it will show all other types. Is there any other way that we can filter out other incidents types and only leave the three that I want users to see?

You can set up a data column that is hidden that you use to set-up the filter, i.e. it will display a particular value for all the 3 conditions (true, or a number that represents that value to you). Then the filter/quick-filter can be based on this hidden column, and check off the single value.

@jasonr41 thank you Jason. Maybe I didn't understand you well. How can I add a data column and hide it? Can you please elaborate?
TIA!

On the Data tab of the portal report designer, you can add New Data, give it a name and definition, then uncheck "Show" so it won't be displayed in the report, but can still be used for filtering.

@jasonr411 thanks for elaborating Jason! Understood. However, the pv "incident classification" has 6 types of incidents. I can't filter out the other three within this pv. I am thinking about using facet but I don't know if that's going to work...
