Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to add more than one filter criteria using the "Quick Filters" function? I have to put three types of filter criteria but it only works with one. If I added the other two, nothing will show. Please see my screenshot.
Any input will be highly appreciated.
Thanks a lot in advance!

@vishnuv, the problem is that we have 6 types of incidents. If I leave "all" there, it will show all other types. Is there any other way that we can filter out other incidents types and only leave the three that I want users to see?
