Hi ,
Just to couple more questions to understand the scenario better:
Thank you so much for the response , Selvakumar. Yes. RPA has been created, tested , and it works very fine. The issue comes with the Integration. The process also has the same permission configured as the Resource as shown in this screenshot:
One more possibility - Does the service account(which we used to create an API Key) has a proper 'role' & 'permission' set up in the Appian RPA console?
The service account has permission for sure. Like i said, the RPA has been tested. Is there a way to modify the role of the service account?
Can you try making the service account as a system administrator account? It will provide ROLE_ADMIN access.
Is that the standard or best practice to make service account admin? I also think the service account has the role of admin. My question is how does one edit the role of a service account ? Can u explain or send me a documentation that explains the process. Thank you so much.
I have checked and found the service account to have basic user role. Is it best practice to give the service account elevated security with a system administrator user type ?
I'm not sure that the user role can be edited manually. But as per this, the service account needs a system admin role.

Yes the service account can be edited. I just found out. You can also do that under Objects design. click on all Users, and then click on service account. You can then change the service account role .
Yes, the user role can be edited in Appian Admin Console.
I told about the Appian RPA console. I think the user role cannot be edited manually there & it can take the security only from the Appian.
Anyways, good to see that your issue got resolved
