Designer: Is there any way to identify objects with specific text/value in it

ammireddys export the whole package and unzip it. Now open notepad++ -->search--> Find in FIles. It gives you all the files wherever you used it. Generally, file names are UUIDs. So copy the file name past it designer. That's enough.
