We have successfully configured the appian server and able to work on it. Also we are able to access the server using IP address of the server machine, But we are facing some issues while we are accessing the server using IP address.
Also we are not able to access Appian server using Host name of the machine, Please any one let us know how to access appian server using host name of server machine.

Make sure you have properly defined the conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT property within ear\suite.ear\conf\custom.properties. See https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/17.2/Post-Install_Configurations.html#configure-your-site-url for more details.

we have already defined the fully qualified host name including port number, even though we are not able to access using host name.
we are only able to access using IP address.
