Get User Object from username

Question

Hi 
 
 I am trying to use the Deactivate User Smart Service in a process model that is going to be triggerd by the system (not a user per se) and it requieres the user object of the user that is going to be deactivated. 
 
 I have the username text, but i need the User type 
 How can i get it? 
 
 The function user only reurns specified properties but doesn't return the actual User

touser() function converts a text to USER .

touser(value) 
Converts a text value or values to User. touser("john.smith") returns a User with username "john.smith". touser("john.smith", "jane.jones") returns an array with two Users with usernames "john.smith" and "jane.jones", respectively.

You can use the touser() function to accomplish this by passing in the username text.

i didn't understand the technical difference between actual and dummy , It works as long as you have a user created in the admin console

It shouldn't break if an invalid username is passed.
