I have created a query rule that takes 3 inputs like getMembersByName( lastName

I have created a query rule that takes 3 inputs like getMembersByName( lastName , firstName , dateOfBirth , [pagingInfo] ) but when i pass dateOfBirth as blank it gives an error.This query rule accepts firstName and lastName as blank "" but not date of birth as blank string "".Any input to fix this....

Just keep in mind that the "Includes" operator is not available for dates

Maybe the easiest way to workaround would be to create one called getMembersByNameAndDOB(lastName , firstName , dateOfBirth ) and one called getMembersByName( lastName , firstName) then check in the model whether dateOfBirth is null and if null use getMembersByName otherwise use getMembersByNameAndDOB

Thanks for the input.That is the final thing that i was thinking to do in case i couldn't find any workaround.
