Hi,
I have a rule that I use for creating a link on the dashboard that will redirect me to the specified folder. But strange thing happens. In some cases the rule works fine, and in other it just gives me the following message "You do not have permissions to access the folder" even though the folder is not empty. Here is the rule:
=if(isnull(ri!_folder),"You do not have permissions to access the folder", linktofolderinternal(ri!_folder, ri!Text))
Please tell me if you have any idea why this rule works for some instances, and it doesn't for others. Just to clarify again - the rule is used on the dashboard to redirect the user to the specified folder.
Thank you in advance......

Please check the permissions on the folder and on the rule.
