  • Identifying the task where the rule is used and finding who completed the task (via report) will be one approach.
    Having said that, this doesn't take into account Script tasks where this rule is used/executed as they'll be executed as the person who designed or initiated the process. If you need these, then you can identify the corresponding roles for these process instances via report as well.
