We have recently upgraded to 20.2 version and since then facing issue in IDP doc extraction smart service.
Checked all setting in Admin console also all connected system and testing is successful even though doc extraction is not working. It is failing process model at doc extraction SS.
Here is error we getting.
An error has occurred while attempting to start document extraction. Please ensure your credentials in Admin Console > Doc Extraction are correct. (APNX-1-4529-006)
Can someone help to understand what would have been gone wrong after Appian version upgrade.

Robert Travis Yes. Test Connection and Save Changes on Document Extraction Configuration.
Thanks... never occurred to me to have to save changes after clicking the test button but it worked.
