Is there an Appian function or Smart Service available to convert a Julian date to a date value. That is, Julian date is of the format ccyyd where d is the day of the year. Eg. 201415 would be equivalent to 1/15/2014, 201432 would be equivalent to 2/1/2014, 2014365 would be equivalent to 12/31/2014, etc....
