I created a rule called "today" which returns an integer value "4

I created a rule called "today" which returns an integer value "4".
Later I was using the today() expression function to get today's date and I realized that actually it returns the value of the "today" rule that i created earlier but not the today() EF. so, I guess rule's preference is set prior to expression function. to solve the issue I deleted the "today" rule and restarted the suite and AS, but still get the result as "4" which was set as the value of the "today" rule. rule has been deleted but I still can't get what I want... is it a bug? has anyone encountered this before?...

Follow the 8 steps carefully, in that example I explain the solution based on the scenario where a user created a rule called contains(), just adjust the instructions to your scenario (today() rule)
