Hi All, anybody know simplest expression for sum data in year-to-date (YTD)? I want to provide summary YTD report on tempo report. Thanks in advance.

Hi Sathya,
Below I attach the sample data.
On tempo report its should be like this :
Sales | YTD Amount | This Month Amount (March)
Joe | 60,000 | 0
John | 70,000 | 20,000
Harry | 30,000 | 0
David | 35,000 | 0
YTD : Sum from 1st Jan untill today date.

Is the data coming from Appian or external system?
Assuming its data in Appian process, your YRD column would sum(amount), your this month will be (translate this to expression)
if (month of transaction = month from TODAY) then the value OR 0 and do a SUM of this.
add a filter to your report where year of transaction = year from today
