We are creating an expression rule using APIs. The rule is created using Administrator Service Context and has the security level of "SEC_INH_ALL'. The rule gets created correctly however I am not able to test or edit (save a new version) the rule through the designer rule interface.

Could someone please point out if I am missing anything.

What is the error you get when you try to test the rule? Please ensure that you've followed the steps mentioned in the documentation to create a custom function: forum.appian.com/.../Custom_Function_Plug-ins
