I have to capture the outgoing email notification in PDF and show it in Dashboard. I am able to do that but I don't want the converted doc containing all the HTML tags. How to show it without all those tags. Moreover, I can't change the email template...

Have you tried wrapping the variable that holds the email body in the striphtml() function?
