We are trying to add a Share link to services that come up. My thought is to use the mailto feature in HTML. I created a rule for this and know this works in an HTML editor.

On a page I only see information that says - "Click to Share" - but the hyperlink is not there that you can click. Why???

<a href='mailto:karndt@ups.com?subject=Sharing BPM Service Link&body=Service URL link to share is: www.ups.com and the Service Name is Service Name is XYZ'>Link to service</a>

Yes - we created a mailto link. We also have what you want as well. Which we created a process that has the hyperlink to your web page in the start form. You create a channel on your page to show the start form after your customer clicks Help (via Process Launch channel option).
