Hi there,
We have a requirement of sending a custom email (and turn off standard email) when task is assigned to a particular group. As part of that email I need to provide a link which will take the user to tasks tab in tempo.

Any idea how I can generate a url (https://<server>/suite/tempo/tasks/assignedtome) without having to create a environment specific constant? Is there an existing function or rule which returns the tempo url?

As far as I know, there is no out of the box function that would generate such a link. One option could be to set up a webservice to call that would return the server name

We will have to write a smart service plugin for sending an emails to the recipients.

Just found out there is a rule "rule!APN_getSiteUrl()" which provides this info. Hope this helps others.
