I make a query with a!queryRecordType() passing a boolean filter = true and I get back false values

If you want to exclude related records from your result set, I suggest you use relatedRecordData in your query.

Did you check the difference between the "AND" and "AND_ALL" operator?

We would like to achieve this but without having to do a loop to get the totalCount 16, in the case I gave you it returns more values of Simulation because it includes the records that have the fixedFee=false
