Does anyone know why the a!userRecordHeader function would not have been installed when we upgraded to Appian 7.6?

Does anyone know why the a!userRecordHeader function would not have been installed when we upgraded to Appian 7.6? It is preventing the OOTB User record summary dashboard from displaying; the error message is: Expression evaluation error at function a!userRecordHeader: Invalid function a!userRecordHeader (not available as []) (APNX-1-4198-000). The function definitely does not appear in the Functions tab of the expression editor....

Here is what I suggest:

1. Review the application server log from the day of the upgrade and search for the word "userrecord" to find out if there was an issue creating the record or any involved functions.
2. If you cannot find out, let's try re-importing both the user record and the system functions by simply importing the two attached applications: first system then user record.
