Hi,
Due to an enhancement request i created a new Process variable and displayed it in the Dashboard, the question is 'can we add new Process variable for the previous requests before the enhancement and update the value/ map the value for the newly created Process Variable?'
Please share your thought on this...

We have a smart service called "IFM Manager". which will create process variables, assign values for the existing requests.but it has limitation as

looks like the PV can't be used in reports, even if the new PV is manually added via monitor process.
Is there any way to display the new PVs in Reports for historical processes ? thanks

Alternately you could also use the Process Upgrade Plugin (
forum.appian.com/.../summary)
to upgrade all exisitng processes to the latest version, after modifying the process model.
