I am encountering an issue with completing the Document Extraction Reconciliation Task in the Acme Doc Classification and Extraction model from the "Automate Your Business Tasks with AI Skills" course.
I have tried the following steps:
Cleared the browser cache
Tried on a different browser
Re-checked if the PDF is valid
Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

Could you please tomcat-stdout.log please? do you see any error in that log?
Thanks for the response. I cannot access the tomcat-stdout.log file because I am performing this task in Appian Designer, and I do not have access to Appian Cloud.
Can't you see System logs link in the application list in the Upper rigth corner of Designer?

This is not a browser or browser cache issue. Did you validate that the reconcile smart service is configured correctly?
