Hi,
Is there any other way i can append the responses from the Customer?
i appended the Pv which contains the customer response, but it is not appending....

Create a separate pv for that and try it through rule

i tried creating an other pv and appened, still it is not appending

are you using append() function? if yes, the PV to which you appending customer response must be of type multiple. Check this once
