Hi all,
Does anyone know if loggedInUser() can pick up the wrong logged in user - not Adminstrator, just someone else - when starting a quicktask?
Thanks,
Caroline...

What user are you getting?
Is it a sub-process that's defined as Quick task? How is the QT invoked?

I'm getting a different user who was potentially looking at the process dashboard at the same time. The QT is a subprocess with a start form - the loggedInUser is captured on a parameter but it's not picking up who clicked the quicktask from the quicktask launcher on the process dashboard, it's picking up the other user.

Is this a one-off or repeatable event? The user as whom the QT had started - is this user a process designer or administrator?

Both users are basic users. I've only seen this once.

Could this be a user error? Have you looked at the audit log for the process instance to see the sequence of steps that have happened?

I don't believe it was user error in this instance, everything points towards loggedInUser() grabbing the wrong user, I've ruled everything else out unfortunately.

If this is a portal form, is the refresh task form on load checked?

How are you capturing the loggedInUser? Is there a field on the form that displays this value or is it being captured in the setup of the sub-process node?

It's captured in the node setup.
