I am working with AI Document Center in Appian and I am trying to use a classification model with an .eml file.
According to the documentation, .eml should be a supported file type, but when I run the model I get this error:

Generative AI Classification: Unsupported file type. Try again using a supported type or contact your admin if the problem persists.The issue happens specifically when I upload an .eml fileHas anyone successfully used .eml files with AI Document Center classification?

Make sure this plugin is deployed in environment.https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/eml-utilityYou could try deploying this and then check.
this plug-in it's already in the system !
If you are confident that your file format is correct but it’s still not working, I would recommend raising a support ticket with Appian.
