In Appian, are we able to run an expression created by user input (7.3)? Use case: I want to create an expression testing application in our development environment, to handle situations not available from the rules interface testing, such as expressions that create HTML output, or expressions that deal with multi-valued Date variables (AN-41425 - rules interface defect). I don't believe load() or with() will work for me, at least not in my testing.. I just need the expression text entered to be evaluated as an expression, instead of plain text. This would save a lot of time without having to edit, re-save, re-start the test application to change the expression each time. Thoughts?...

The API allows you to do that (you could create a custom function)
