<a href='
URL/.../
& ri!pid & "' target='_blank'>View Dashboard</a>". This opens a dashboard in a new window.

What are you interested in linking to? As Vivek mentioned, you can build the URL yourself and include: " target='_blank' " - but keep in mind that a user's browser settings can overrule this command.

If you do not use the linkto*internal() functions and instead use the linkto*() functions, such as linktofolder(), you can use the newWindow parameter to configure the link to open in a new window.

I've a similar kind of question relating to linking.
Does Appian has any funciton to get the internal URL to use inside anchor tag?
Eg: <a href="
example.com">Link</a>
. Here do we have any function like linkto() to get the URL instead of hardcoding the URL value ?
Thanks!
