I'm trying to create an editable grid. There are two dropdown menus, one is populated by a query entity that is passed in as a parameter, and the other is populated by a query entity within the rule that determines the list depending on the first dropdown.

I keep getting an error that says the following:

Expression evaluation error in rule 'cats_form_subs_eqs_eachrowservicecorp' (called by rule 'cats_form_subs_eqs_enterrequiredinformation'): Array is expected as second parameter, but received: .

I've tried various methods of mitigating this but to no avail. How should I approach this? Code is attached to this post. Thanks in advance!
