What is the equivalent HTTP method for PATCH while using HTTPWrite function or HTTP Query smart service?

As per Appian documentation available options are: DELETE, GET, HEAD, OPTIONS, POST, PUT, and TRACE

I'll let others comment on this one, to my knowledge if the REST API expects this method it won't accept any other one.

Looking at the Send HTTP Request Plug-in forum.appian.com/.../summary I see it supports GET, POST, OPTIONS, HEAD, PUT, DELETE only but maybe you can give it a go or modify it since it comes with the source code to support PATCH
